Guys unfortunately I don’t have much nice to say so will keep it civil.
But from the word go horrible experience, no communication on the product not being in stock.
No communication to sort out a replacement or a different product.
No communication about my refund.
So I’m thinking you can see the pattern that you guys really need to communicate with your customers as that’s the key to everything.
