I ordered 3 metres of 12mm push-fit tubing for our RV and a range of push-fit fittings. I found the website logical and easy to follow when it came to choice of product and ordering. The items arrived approx. 10 days from the date of ordering. All was good excepting for the 3 metres of push-fit hosing. It had been compressed and damaged at 3 points along its length making it redundant if leaks were to be avoided. I wrote to them and without hesitation they apologised and forwarded a further 3 metres of hosing in good condition at their cost. Customer service is hard to find nowadays and I appreciated it. I will purchase again from this dealer.
