Having rang this company 9 times throughout one day without an answer, I tried again the next day and got through after 3 more calls. I bought a tow bar from them, but when attempting to fit it is was the wrong towbar according to the installer. I again after many calls gave up and drove 40 minutes to the company to get a refund which I was refused. After a further 2 hours and photos sent by the installer they agreed to refund. It then took 6 days for this to appear in my account. Never ever ever will I deal with this terrible company again where customer service doesn’t exist. I mean they don’t even answer their phone it just goes to a recorded message about how busy they are. Try ringing them. You’ll see. Pathetic.
