I ordered the HD X-Bar towbar for my cruiser and delivery was much quicker than expected. The unit was the correct one, all the attachments and instructions were available and clear to follow. The packaging was robust, but the main bar was loose inside the box and had broken through the carton in one place. No lost items, but could have been better restrained.
Very pleased with the product and achieves what I wanted. The previous requests for information on the bar dimensions with your team were well-fielded and ensured I got what I wanted.
