Rang to confirm stock availability before placing the order. Was told everything I needed was in stock. 8 days later and the items still haven't been dispatched so I phone to find the items were not in stock at Outback Equipment or their supplier and there was no ETA. I cancelled my order and finally got a refund about 2 weeks later after lodging a complaint with Office of Fair Trading
