I have not yet received my order so I dont know why you sent me a "how did we do survey".
I ordered an exterior caravan light, was advised, not in a timely manner that it was out of stock. I requested a refund which I did receive in timely manner.
Then the product was advertised again and I ordered again, surprise I was once again advised it was out of stock.
It appears like you are advertising stock that you do not have, in this case it should be marked as out of stock on your website.
