The sales team are awesome!!! AustPost lost my shipment, and the Outback team went above and beyond in assisting me with tracking and enquiry updates, and then processing the insurance claim. They were apologetic and understanding of my frustration, even though is was not their fault. They organised for a replacement to be sent out immediately (and arrived without incident). Would highly recommend this business!
