I called and left details in the que before lunch yesterday, never heard back. I messaged on the site message yesterday before lunch as well. It ended up being quicker to drive to Acasia Ridge outlet to get service. The awning was not in stock, maybe in on Wednesday. Answers for below, phone and live chat.
