Items ordered were unavailable and I was advised they should be in within a week or so. Several weeks and several emails later I was told different items were now unavailable but you would ship remaining items express. I was also promised a commensurate refund of postage. You refunded me 9 cents postage! Two more weeks past and no items. I emailed for an update and still no response so I requested a refund via PayPal. This was quickly processed on your end. I am struggling to think of a worse customer service experience I have had. I won't shop with you again.
