Bought a Mean Mother tyre compressor from Outback Equipment and it didn't work. Sent it back under warranty and eventually (months later) the refund came through and Outback were able to supply a good alternative (Dr Air) at no more cost, and quickly. Benjamin at Outback seemed as frustrated as I was at the delay by the supplier, but it all worked out in the end. Outback did the right thing by me
