Rang because the product was not working despite exactly following the instructions. So I asked, "Do I need to switch it on somehow despite instructions not saying this was necessary"?
The response was surprisingly honest acknowledging they had received a problem batch.
I was told I would be sent a new one.
Brilliant customer service ..... will not hesitate to buy from this supplier again.
