Item I ordered for my son's birthday was not in stock. No one contacted me about that for 16 days, then I rang. Two other deadlines for delivery came and went with me having to ring to get an update. At no time was there contact from your sales team to get information about my purchase, I had to initiate all contact. Order was eventually cancelled and I found the item 10% cheaper on another site.
Lousy service and customer communication skills.
