I ordered a part (LNB) online and paid for it using PayPal(glad I did) I received no notification other than it was expected in 5 business days! I sent an online message to Outback Equipment about arrival and received a reply that it was coming in the next shipment to Outback Equipment! Then nothing was communicated from Outback Equipment but I received a message from PayPal that I had been refunded my initial payment!
Is that your usual method of communication?
I bought an LNB through another website and picked it up locally
