Mirrors supplied were incorrect which I understand can happen, these were ordered on 30th December.
Spoke to Outback, incorrect mirrors were returned and were received by Outback on 19th January.
Spoke to Outback on the 24th January, new mirrors had not been ordered.
Had to cancel the order on the 31st January as the correct mirrors still had not been ordered.
Still waiting for my refund.
