I got the water bladder for occasional use, not as a sole, permanent solution.
I did the initial flush out, as per the instructions, but the water still has a plastic taste.
This doesn't bother me, because the water is used for wash ups, showers etc, but if you were desperate for water to drink, you have it. Mine sits on top of a 40L footwell tank, so together, I can have a bit over 100L right there behind the seat.
