I ordered a large item from Outback Equipment. When the item turned up from the courier it had been badly damaged.
I contacted Outback Equipment with photos of the damaged item and Outback Equipment without any hesitation offered me the option to replace the item or fully refund me.
I made my decision and Outback Equipment acted on this fast to correct the problem.
I am very grateful Outback Equipment corrected the issue promptly without hesitation.
