Customer service I received was awesome, however as per last time the shipping is the concern when ordering through Outback Equipment.
Half of my roof rack that was out of stock arrived first, and the part that was in stock appeared to spend over a week with the courier before showing up much later.
I'll probably order again, but I know to expect that delivery is not always on point.
