I had to return two items and exchange them for the correct size. Using the returns procedure was a little clunky, but it worked. The process is a little confusing for the first time. It would heve been good to have been notified that the reurned items had been processed and that a credit was available to re order the new items, regardless of a previous e mail process. The freight from Tannum sands to Acacia Ridge was $90 Then I had to pay freight for the new items. Certainly a process I do not want to repeat.
