I had a warranty issue with a product I purchased. Josh sorted my problem out with the manufacturer and had a replacement sent to me in a timely manner. There was plenty of correspondence from Josh, relaying information to me how things were progressing. Outback Equipment have good prices and great customer service ( before and after sales).
