I ordered my item on the 25/7 and I expect it will be delivered on the 13/9.
Before I ordered the item I receive contradictory advice about whether or not it was in stock and whether or not it would be delivered before I went away. Item arrived in time but was the wrong type. Went through the 3rd degree to establish the item was wrong. I did not receive an apology and was sent courier details to send it back. I tried to contact someone to negotiate buying the wrong item so that the correct one would be delivered ASAP. I went through 4 different people and was told the item was not in stock and needed to be delivered in. I purchase the wrong item to get the ball rolling. It took over a week before the stock arrived in Qld and then forwarded on to me.
It felt like there was no urgency in getting the right goods to me and I say again, no apology.
I wanted to contact someone in charge but there was no contact details.
