Sorry, but a very poor experience, on two fronts. Firstly, a staff member took my order over the phone, knowing that you didn't have the item in stock, and then I got an email a day or so later to say that the supplier was out of stock and the product was going to be a month away. Of course, I cancelled the order and got it from elsewhere within days.
The second issue I have is using Aramex as your delivery company. It doesn't matter who I order from, but when Aramex is involved, it's always going to be late, without fail! I did have another item on order with you and the tracking system told me that it was at Aramex's Brisbane depot (I'm in Brisbane). It sat there for days until I jumped up and down to get it delivered.I know you can't control this, but it reflects badly on you and I have to think twice about whether I order something from you for this reason.
