After receiving my part for my wife’s car and finding out it wouldn’t fit because of holes didn’t line up and couldn’t anchor it properly to the car and I took photos for customer service which informed me that they wouldn’t return it and it’s my cost to post it back for a refund, which after a few heated emails finally agreed, and full refund was made.
