If I could give zero stars, I would. Issues:
- Terrible website (doesn't render well on desktop or mobile, latency, poor user interface, misleading specs). No apologies for misleading specs, instead blaming it on the manufacturer.
- Mansplaining customer service rep who told me my CUB camper trailer couldn't be as small as I said it was.
- Understaffing, so it took them 6 days to process a return - and only when I escalated it.
- Understaffing, so it took them 4 business days (6 total days) to dispatch an order.
- Terrible courier Aramex, who, after saying it would be delivered on a specific day, now simply says it's delayed.
Do NOT buy from this provider!!!
