I ordered products at end of November for Xmas presents. When they hadn't arrived 3 weeks later and the courier wouldn't help I contacted Joel. He was great in chasing up their whereabouts and surprise...my package arrived 2 days later. Joel followed up with me as well which was unexpected but great customer support.
