I ordered a replacement CruiseMaster D035 Boxed Dust Cap in early January. After some weeks and no notification from Outback I called them and waited 45mins for them to answer the call. Finally 2 weeks later I got my order, it was the wrong one. No one in the dispatch department checked to see it was the right part. Finally in late February I finally got the correct order. Extremely poor service and very poor customer service
