We received the EFS sides steps for a N80 Toyota Hilux and the communication about processng and delivery was great. However we were expecting unpainted tread plates, but arrived black (which was a happy bonus). This could be alleviated with better description or corrected pictures. The fitting instructions are garbage, what looked like a bunch of A4 pieces of papers, black and white instructions and images printed on a 2000's printer then faxed and copied again. This made it hard to determine correct bolts/ nuts for placements. I would of prefered a high res colour print out or a link to the colour PDF
