I bought an outboard hydrofoil from Outback Equipment, and all was good until the adaptor plate arrived from another supplier. Long story short - the hydrofoil wouldn't suit my application. As it wasn't a "change of mind", I appreciate Outback Equipment approving a refund. They were understanding of my issue and were very helpful. They were also great at assisting me in the putchase initially over the phone. Grteat service all round!
