Ordered a new remote for my Haswing trolling motor, couple of days later got a phone call to follow up on my motor to make sure they sent the correct item. I was gobsmacked about the service and a few days later my item arrived. This is not the only item I've bought from Outback Equipment in the past and the service they ordered is tops 👌
