I ordered equipment online and expected it to arrive in accordance to their shipping/delivery dates outlined on the website. The date came and went and I heard nothing from Outback Equipment. I rang to follow up only to find out the item I ordered wasn't in stock, which was not highlighted with the item listed on the website or in the shopping cart. They said they wouldn't know when the item was going to arrive in their warehouse. I asked them to send a follow up email, which they did but it wasn't helpful at all. It had been weeks (well past expected delivery date) and still no luck, so I asked for a refund. Pretty average experience if you ask me. Will be ordering from another camping equipment store next time. Clearer communication initiated by the company and even an apology early on would have been beneficial.
