I placed and order for a caravan toilet refresher set. I placed the order on the 20th of April 2025 and received the incorrect product 4 weeks later. I had to post the wrong one back and still havn't got the new one and its the 11th of the June so almost 8 weeks at this point.
Dont email them if you expect a quick response or response at all, best bet is to call up if you can.
Will be looking elsewhere next time i need something like this.
