Aside from the incredible shed, OLT is without doubt one of the nicest and most efficient companies of any kind I've ever dealt with. A kind and smart human from the actual office (not oursourced) answers every call immediately, with thorough clear info. The ordering process is painless. Delivery had a snafu, but not their fault, all FedEx.
