“The delivery was quick. The FEDEX driver was very accomodating, I had cleared room in garage for both pallets, and he was willing to put them inside. I wish I had gotten the drivers name I would have liked to send FEDEX a note about this. I was able to start unpacking the kit the next day. It was a bit hard to unpack, and identify the parts as some were not labeled. A tape measure helped. Some of the ones that were labeled had plastic wrap around the label several times making it hard to read. All in all my grandaughter and I have it unpacked. The floor pieces are out back on the covered patio, the rest is still in the garage.”

“I wish I did not make the purchase for the Potting Table, and read a bit more carefully of their return policy and customer care team process. Didn't know I need a hammer, and the process to build is greater than 2 hrs and struggled to get past the first step. Frustrating and annoying. Now I am stuck with something I don't want because return shipping is more than the item. Communication was Email and Telephone, and passed to another group.”

“Placed order on June 7th still have not received it. When I contacted Outdoor Living I was told the item I ordered still had to be made. Would have been usful info at the time of purchase. I had follow up emails asking how the item was when I I had yet to receive it. Still waiting as of today.”

This unit was much more popular than anticipated this year, and we unfortunately fell behind on supply while working to meet demand. You are absolutely right that this should have been communicated more clearly at the time of purchase. It has since shipped, and tracking information was sent on July 6. The shipment is currently in transit and should be ready for delivery within the coming days. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize again for the longer-than-expected wait.

“These beds are beautiful. They arrive well packed, we had no broken or damaged pieces. We wound up short of 2" screws right at the end so had to use our own. I would recommend the company send extras. I waited for over two weeks for my order and had to call to check on it. They said they were waiting to hear from the shipper, which was FedEx Ground. It did finally ship though i did not receive an email from OLT. Also, I submitted two different email messages to their support/info email addresses with questions about water proofing and changing the location of the entrance door to my 8x16 foot raised bed and deer fence kit. No response to the emails. When i called I got general info that "many people put filter fabric or plastic on the insides of the beds." I suggest the company be more clear about options to prolong the life of the raised beds. I treated the insides and outsides of the beds with a food safe plant-based oil sealant for Garden Boxes, FDA approved. I also did use filter fabric on the insides of the boxes, even though we really try to avoid plastics. The time and effort to put the boxes together was a lot. Definitely more than 6 hours for the 8x16 +deer fence kit. I'm waiting for the dirt to fill them and some gravel for around the outsides, then we'll finish the deer fence. Can't wait to get started gardening again!”

“The raised garden bed is architectually beautiful and well made. It took several hours to assemble, much longer than suggested on the instructions, by an experienced handyman. It would be nice if they offered slats or options to secure it to ensure it lays flat on your yard / garden soil. Many parts were missing from the door when it arrived which was frustrating as I had to pay extra for the handyman to come back to finish assembly once I receive the parts. When I called to inform them that the parts were missing, they were dismissive and directed me to go online and fill out the request on their website, which was frustrating. Looking forward to finally receiving the remaining parts so we can finish assembling and get the soil in and start planting.”

“This is a very nice cedar shed. HOWEVER, it arrived with NO MANUAL and it was missing some of he small pieces of wood. I had to run to Home Depot, buy the wood and make the pieces myself which was a huge waste of time. I wasn't willing to stop the entire project and wait for OLT to ship me the necessary pieces. Whoever is in charge of putting these kits together shouild lose their job as it is clearly too difficult for them.”
