“Our 12x16 Breeze pergola arrived in excellent condition. There was some confusion between Outdoor Living and the local shipper on how our 1200 pound bundle would be unloaded. There was no way a private citizen could receive the shipment without a forklift. However Outdoor Living and the local shipped did a good job of solving that issue on the delivery date and it was received and unloaded. The pergola has not been erected yet but the materials are of a very good quality and the assembly manual that comes with the pergola is very thurough and very well illustrated.”

“I’m completely thrilled with these garden beds. Only wish I had ordered the cover/trellis for the second one as well (which I am ordering now!!). Very easy to build, instructions are accurate and all pieces allow for a tight assembly.”

“Everything went smoothly. customer service contact us to let us know what to expect with delivery. Email inquiry was acted upon quickly. Build went smoothly. We used the pictures to figure out some placement of screws and hardware. Hubby loved the robertson screws! Would recommend Outdoor Living Today!!”

“Horrible. Do not purchase a garden bed. Awful to assemble, poor material quality. Incredibly disappointed in this investment. Not worth the money at all. Was unable to return since in order to return it needed to be in the unopened package. Terrible. Already took down and went in another direction. Complete waste of money..”

“I ordered this product six weeks ago. It hasn’t shown up. I’ve had no contact from the seller to give me a status update on when it will be delivered. I specifically asked for it to be delivered on a certain date and that date has come and gone. Again with no comment or no contact of any kind regarding the status of my order. I do not recommend working with this company.”

“I wish I had a product to write a review about. It's been stuck in customs for a month. Yet, I keep getting notifications saying it will be delivered by 8 pm that day. Still no product.”

Hi there, I’m really sorry about this. A month in customs and repeated delivery notifications without the product actually arriving would be incredibly frustrating. At the moment, we unfortunately aren’t able to identify which order this is from the review alone, and we can’t seem to find anything on our end that directly corresponds to the situation you described. “From the first phone call to the final screw all went extremely smooth. The product cut, packaging and instructions were spot on. The one recommendation I have is changing out the screws to a T25 bit. I found the square bit gave me a bit of a fit. PRM”

“We are still waiting for the hardware kit that was completely missing with our 8x8 garden. I am disappointed and surprised. I find it hard to believe this company has that many missing parts and feel the hardware kit should have been sent out immediately after receiving our claim. We received the garden faster than this missing hardware, that should have been with the garden pieces. It is frustrating b/c our growing season is not that long in Vermont and we were anxious to get it built. I have not even received a "shipped" email yet re: the hardware kit and it has been almost a week.”

“I am so glad I found this super company and their great products! I live on Maui and, although Home Depot and Walmart carry their 8 X 4 Cedar Storage Shed, neither one has the product in stock, and won't ship to Hawaii. :) So I went directly to Outdoor Living and, right from the start, the customer service was extraordinary! Cheyenne and Samantha have been fabulous, helping me figure out how to find a frieght forwarder who can ship it from Washington state across the ocean to Maui, efficiently and affordably. The first step was to get it from their location in B.C. to Washington and that was donequickly. Samantha and Cheyenne were super pleasant to work with and had a real "can-do" attitude. I would definitley want to work with this company again, if only to work with them. Thank you for hiring such smart, capable people! My shed hasn't arrived yet, but one it does, I'll probably be writing annother review. Well done!”

“Your "SS124-SLDR Master Assembly Manual, Version #1.3, Nov 4, 2025" is incomplete. The steps for the metal roof end at D12; I believe that there should be a D13 & 14. I looked at the assembly manual for the GardenSaver and figured out how those steps apply to the SpaceSaver. Also steps B16 and B18 repeat the same task, I doubt that you want a total of 4 screws per wall section. Otherwise, instructions are pretty clear (maybe highlight when 3" screws are used, it is easy to automatically use the 2 1/2" ones by default).”
