I was very pleased with OLT. The customer service was great and very responsive. They were always available to respond to our questions. A knowledgeable person answered the phone without having to go through a call center. The product was well constructed and they held the product until Spring when it warmed up and we were able to go outside to build it. All pieces of the raised bed came well packaged and the delivery came as scheduled. We had no issues with this company and love our new raised garden.
