Horrible. Do not purchase a garden bed. Awful to assemble, poor material quality. Incredibly disappointed in this investment. Not worth the money at all. Was unable to return since in order to return it needed to be in the unopened package. Terrible. Already took down and went in another direction. Complete waste of money..

We also allow returns, and our customer service team is always available to help customers work through assembly questions, replacement parts, or product concerns directly. Unfortunately, we do not appear to have received any calls or communication from you regarding the issues you experienced prior to this review being left, and we genuinely would have appreciated the opportunity to assist before you decided to take the product down. We understand assembly projects can sometimes be frustrating, and we always encourage customers to contact us directly so our team can help troubleshoot and find a solution wherever possible. I ordered this product six weeks ago. It hasn’t shown up. I’ve had no contact from the seller to give me a status update on when it will be delivered. I specifically asked for it to be delivered on a certain date and that date has come and gone. Again with no comment or no contact of any kind regarding the status of my order. I do not recommend working with this company.

I wish I had a product to write a review about. It's been stuck in customs for a month. Yet, I keep getting notifications saying it will be delivered by 8 pm that day. Still no product.

I was shipped an incomplete box. I emailed you over the weekend. I am missing one of the panels from the tallest box. I only received 3 panels and should have received 4. Please expedite shipping of the last panel so I can use the garden.

The greenhouse kit I purchased through Costco is complete garbage! Half of the wood components are damaged, have cracks, and splinters, notched to the wrong dimensions, are warped, etc. Summer is almost over, so we are fixing all defects as we assemble it. Will not recommend this kit, and not for $6,000!

The black frame was green, was sent a second frame in green when I was promised black. I had to have someone paint them for me, additional cost after spend almost $2000. Customer service was poor right up to one laughing at me when I wanted the frame to be black he said that it’s not his fault the manufacturer change the color. So sad
