“I was shipped an incomplete box. I emailed you over the weekend. I am missing one of the panels from the tallest box. I only received 3 panels and should have received 4. Please expedite shipping of the last panel so I can use the garden.”

“The greenhouse kit I purchased through Costco is complete garbage! Half of the wood components are damaged, have cracks, and splinters, notched to the wrong dimensions, are warped, etc. Summer is almost over, so we are fixing all defects as we assemble it. Will not recommend this kit, and not for $6,000!”

“The black frame was green, was sent a second frame in green when I was promised black. I had to have someone paint them for me, additional cost after spend almost $2000. Customer service was poor right up to one laughing at me when I wanted the frame to be black he said that it’s not his fault the manufacturer change the color. So sad”
