“After placing our order and making full payment a few days later we were advised the courier - Day&Ross don’t deliver to BRIDGEWATER, NS even though they are 10 minutes drive from us! We were finally advised that if we wanted the shed it would cost us a further CAD$500 for a different courier to deliver. Needless to say we declined the offer and eventually received our money back. We then shopped elsewhere and are vey happy with what we have. Now two years later we are still being asked for a review for the shed we were unable to purchase through Outdoor Living!”

“I was very disappointed in how things were handled when I purchased what I wanted in 2 separate transactions. First I got the Redwood Garden Bed 8x10 and I wanted the Greenhouse Cover to go with it, however it was out of stock. So I purchased that Garden Bed with Bird Netting. When I got it it was not exactly the quality I expected. Once I was able to get it stained and coated to last Winters to come, then assembled it, with help from my Son, it was to late to plant anything for this year. Getting back to the Greenhouse Cover, that took from March until September to get and I purchased that right away in March in order to get as soon as the new covers came in. I called at least once a month, talking to several different people that it was a vendor problem, they didn't know when the Greenhouse Covers 8x10 would come in. I felt like the only reason anyone even paid attention to me was because I continued to email them to get answers. I now have the Greenhouse Cover, however because it came in so late in the season I will not even know how the will all go together because I couldn't use it this year and was not going to put it up just to look at it. So my Garden Bed sits out in the snow now waiting for Spring so that I can maybe get my garden going. I'm not sure if I would recommend this or not, price seemed fair, there were a couple problems with the instructions and there were no predrilled holes for the hardware. Also the pcs have wire on the top part of each pc., those were not really consistent in how they were put on. I am hoping I will be happier with this product as a whole once I am able to get the metal frame and Greenhouse Cover put together and finally get to work in my garden area.”

“Order and delivery process very smooth and efficient. Was not however, expecting to receive shed with finger-joint panels. There was no mention made on the shed’s web page about a shed with finger-joint panels when I placed my order. The web page has however, been modified since I placed my order to now reflect that 20% discount applies only to sheds with finger-joint panels. Even the picture is showing a shed that has full-piece panels.”

“Ute Faber was helpful and understanding. Ordering was easy, shipping took longer than I expected. There are plenty of shed choices. The price was reasonable until I received too many broken pieces and the installation cost more than USD $1,200 because the installers had to come back several times (including stain treated). I wish customers have the option to purchase pre-stained/pre-treated, including flooring.”
