“The raised garden bed is architectually beautiful and well made. It took several hours to assemble, much longer than suggested on the instructions, by an experienced handyman. It would be nice if they offered slats or options to secure it to ensure it lays flat on your yard / garden soil. Many parts were missing from the door when it arrived which was frustrating as I had to pay extra for the handyman to come back to finish assembly once I receive the parts. When I called to inform them that the parts were missing, they were dismissive and directed me to go online and fill out the request on their website, which was frustrating. Looking forward to finally receiving the remaining parts so we can finish assembling and get the soil in and start planting.”

“This is a very nice cedar shed. HOWEVER, it arrived with NO MANUAL and it was missing some of he small pieces of wood. I had to run to Home Depot, buy the wood and make the pieces myself which was a huge waste of time. I wasn't willing to stop the entire project and wait for OLT to ship me the necessary pieces. Whoever is in charge of putting these kits together shouild lose their job as it is clearly too difficult for them.”

“I have yet to receive my shed. One palate is too heavy for FedEx to deliver, and you are ignoring their requests to arrange for other shipping. I may have to usurp your refusal and pay for the last leg of shipping myself. Unacceptable.”

“My second structure is up and running. I love how everything is pre-engineered and all materials are included (excpet assembly tools - usually a cordless screwdriver and a rubber mallet). I have assembled an 8x12 saltbox style greenhouse and this year an 8x16 garden bed - with deer fence. Cedar is great. The staff is great (only a few questions - never a problem). Shipping is always right on the money. I can't wait to ordere my next item.”

“Ordering was easy amd customer service called to confirm the order and explain to me how long it would take for delivery. Live in Maryland and being shipped from Canada total time was about 4 weeks to show up FedEx Freight.”

“OLT was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I had to ask about how to trim out the alternate placement of the door. I only needed confirmation that I was using the right pieces. They offered to ship additional pieces to me at no cost if I needed anything - which was not necessary, but much appreciated.”

“Good communication up until the discovery of a missing roof panel. Still waiting to hear how it will be resolved.”

“Our 12x16 Breeze pergola arrived in excellent condition. There was some confusion between Outdoor Living and the local shipper on how our 1200 pound bundle would be unloaded. There was no way a private citizen could receive the shipment without a forklift. However Outdoor Living and the local shipped did a good job of solving that issue on the delivery date and it was received and unloaded. The pergola has not been erected yet but the materials are of a very good quality and the assembly manual that comes with the pergola is very thurough and very well illustrated.”

“I’m completely thrilled with these garden beds. Only wish I had ordered the cover/trellis for the second one as well (which I am ordering now!!). Very easy to build, instructions are accurate and all pieces allow for a tight assembly.”
