The quality of the OLT services and products, and care in assembly shows throughout the process. From the great customer service on the phone, emails, and shipment, I could not be more pleased. The cedar materials are long lasting; and the panelized products, assembly instructions, hardware, etc. are top notch. In a time when you seldom get a live person on the phone, OLT surprises by always picking up the phone and taking the time to answer your questions. Exceeded my expectations by a wide margin!
