Before ordering, I was easily able to reach OLT with my questions and they were able to provide quick and accommodating answers. The delivery timing was customized due to my needs and OLT was once again accommodationg. Upon delivery, I was unable to scan the delivery for damage in the truck, but Fed Ex was able to place the two pallets in my driveway where I wanted them. The shed parts were very well and thoughtfully packaged. Once unwrapped, I did find a minor crack in one of the walls, but we were able to fill it with caulking. All pieces to the puzzle were there and the instructions for assembly were clear. The end product is adorable and very utilitarian. I'm happy.
