OLT was very good to deal with over the phone. I called because my email went unanswered. They asked lots of questions when I placed my order and seemed to care about getting the details correct. It was frustrating that the details of the product did not match what was delivered. The description mentioned more than one box, but everything came in one box on a pallet. And the actual weight of the shipment was less than what was delivered. Everything was there, and it all worked out, but things should be more accurate.
