A good looking water feature but the solar panel is NOT watertight as I was advised by customer services this week. The panel had been outside for 5 months (Jul-Nov) and I have found is now soaking wet inside with corrosion which also has affected the lead connectors. I set it up for spring this year and it is obviously now not working and I have had to buy a new solar panel as they are only guaranteed for 3 months. Yes, I know I should have read the small print, but if the limited warranty was made more clear I would have protected the panel from the UK weather more. This limited warranty obviously reflects the fact that the unit fails very quickly and lets water in very easily. For a solar panel that is made to sit outside in a garden it is obviously NOT water tight at all. A poor product that is obviously "not fit for purpose" and could be challenged as such, but I just haven't got the energy (much like the solar panel!). I am very disappointed.
