Faulty item returned with dangerous “repair” — refund refused
Order arrived incomplete, missing parts. After 30+ calls and promises of a refund, OutdoorLivingUK instead returned the product with insulation tape holding it together. This is unsafe, not watertight, and clearly unfit for purpose. They refused to honour a refund under the Consumer Rights Act and repeatedly gave misleading information. I would not trust this company with any purchase.
