After 8 weeks usage over 2 years of a new Eclipse Pro 380 rain began to collect in 3 areas on the roof . Outdoor Revolution said for £45 they would check the problem and if there was a problem they would discuss a replacement. After a 4 week delay they simply said "Unfortunately you must understand this is a two year old awning and U.V damage is a common occurrence when correct maintenance steps are not taken." No explanation for the pockets of water collecting on the roof and they either did check it and found a problem or they never even bothered. This has been used only 3 times! An appalling company who simply take the money and have no interest thereafter.
