DO NOT BUY FROM OUTDOOR VALUE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought an extra large garden mirror from Outdoor Value via Amazon. It arrived smashed. They refuse to collect it. They say it is my responsibility to dispose of it.
I am an old lady, with no car. The box is 69 inches long and very heavy. How am I to dispose of it!!
Outrageous customer service and Amazon were no help whatsoever in this matter.
