“Worst place to work worked there for couple weeks and there just slapping stuff on me because I'm new kid if u don't get everything right on the first week be prepared for them to put too much pressure on u and expect u to cope with it fine and if u can't u physically cannot say no in there own words if someone gives u something u have to accept it no word about it and they like to intimidate staff aswell they brang me into an office told me to sit down while they crowd around and look over u so I wasn't having it so I stood up and then they sat down cause I was standing up for myself personally worst place I've ever worked all stuck up snobs”

Paid £6 for delivery of one single bag. Unbelievable that they use Royal Mail and not DPD for this cost. I never received item. They refuse to refund despite me not receiving and having proof of this via their tracking.
If it gets lost via the postal system, this has nothing to do with me, as I have never even seen the goods.
They refuse to refund until they receive item back. So if item gets lost no refund?
For the sake of your sanity, AVOID this Great Yarmouth based company”
“The woodside solar oxygenator was apoor product. It onlying worked for 5 months before packing in. The company refused to fix or replace it. I took it apart to try and repair but the unit was corroded inside. Pathetic for o lying a few months. Bad product, poor customer relations, avoid this company.”

“Order ID 205-8264096-3394749. Ordered a Woodside Garden Mosaic Table and Chair Bistro Set through Amazon. There were a couple of issues with the table which we fedback via Amazon. Within hours we had an e mail from the wonderful Connor saying a replacement table was on its way with no return of the damaged on required. It arrived as promised within 48hrs. The service from this company is the greatest you will get anywhere. Connor writes his responses as if he is a life long friend. His mails are something to behold with genuine acknowledgement of all you have reported and clear details as to the remedial actions he is taking. None of the grudging faux concerns and insincere apologies you get from most companies. Top top company and Connor is a star.”

“I bought an electric cool box on the internet from Outdoor Value. It arrived safely and well packaged but when I tried it, it did not work. I rang several times but no-one ever answers the phone. I have never succeeded in talking to them on the phone. Eventually they answered my email and told me to send it back by recorded delivery. I had expected a return postage email attachment but instead I had to pay over £13. The refund for the cooler arrived promptly but I have been unable to get the £13 postage back from them. A very poor experience of shopping on the internet and I do not recommend them.”

Normal postage costs £2.99, they didn't offer even to refund me the £7.00 difference. Disgusted with their services, you have been warned”
