Paid £9.99 for next day delivery, item delivered 3 days later by Yodel, although the invoice stated Ship by DHL Easyship??? Contacted Outdoor Value customer service, who didn't want to know. Normal postage costs £2.99, they didn't offer even to refund me the £7.00 difference. Disgusted with their services, you have been warned
