I bought an electric cool box on the internet from Outdoor Value. It arrived safely and well packaged but when I tried it, it did not work. I rang several times but no-one ever answers the phone. I have never succeeded in talking to them on the phone. Eventually they answered my email and told me to send it back by recorded delivery. I had expected a return postage email attachment but instead I had to pay over £13. The refund for the cooler arrived promptly but I have been unable to get the £13 postage back from them. A very poor experience of shopping on the internet and I do not recommend them.
