Purchased an arbour last month, it was delivered in a reasonable time frame. You have to read sales description carefully as doesn't come fully assembled, which I was prepared for. Issues encountered, missing screws in package. I contacted outdoorliving who had to check with their warehouse for spares and would get back to me. I haven't heard from them, and went and got replacements myself so I could erect it. Instructions to assemble are very basic, not much detail. Instructions are covered in 3 pages with picture on each page. The assembly involves 300+ steps and takes approx 4 hours.
