Lost £75 on an expired gift card
Lost £75 on an expired gift card. Customer service advised due to COVID and store being shut for most of year they would replace. I have email confirmation of this, yet the next day they refused to help. Poor customer experience and email confirmation is confirmation so why then after confirming did you think it is ok to change your mind? Totally shocking experience
