“Signed up to a store card, an incentive to do so was a large bag of Haribo, i accepted the Haribo even though i don't eat them (later gave them away to a family member). To process said Haribo, cashier scanned them, when she scanned them, she didn't give me them for free for having just signed up to a store card, she scanned them as if i'd wanted to buy them so it whacked £1.50 on the card!!! Having a letter through the post and having £1.50 mysteriously come up that i knew i hadn't spent spooked me and haven't spent anything on it since.... I'm now owed £1.50, won't get it back, that's alright, will never shop there ever again, simple”

“Shopped at OUTFIT in N.Greenwich and although I must point out that there was a sale, their products seemed good quality as compared to some other big kind of (mass produce) brands. Found some good steals and returning an item is stress free. Liked their layout in the shop but the staff had mixed attitudes. Some were really nice and one was just meeeh... Wouldnt't shop there if it were not for the sale though. :) :)”
