“Terrible customer service and policies. I bought a shirt that should have easily fit my wife. It wound up being way too small. When I asked for an exchange for a bigger size, I was basically told tough luck. Now I am stuck with a product that I cannot use. Do not buy from Outfit Fashion!!!!!”

“Signed up to a store card, an incentive to do so was a large bag of Haribo, i accepted the Haribo even though i don't eat them (later gave them away to a family member). To process said Haribo, cashier scanned them, when she scanned them, she didn't give me them for free for having just signed up to a store card, she scanned them as if i'd wanted to buy them so it whacked £1.50 on the card!!! Having a letter through the post and having £1.50 mysteriously come up that i knew i hadn't spent spooked me and haven't spent anything on it since.... I'm now owed £1.50, won't get it back, that's alright, will never shop there ever again, simple”

I have email confirmation of this, yet the next day they refused to help. Poor customer experience and email confirmation is confirmation so why then after confirming did you think it is ok to change your mind? Totally shocking experience”
